Executive Team Development for a global hospitality platform
European Bartender School (EBS) is a 1200+ employee company and is the largest and most respected bartender school in the world. Since 1999, EBS has expanded globally, opening over 28 bartender schools across 5 continents. In the past 20 years, over 70, 000 people have taken their unique courses.
To support their growth, we were asked to support the EBS Board on Executive Team Development, governance and performance system design.
The successful outcomes included a transfer of day to day, operational control from the executive team to a newly formed operational leadership team (OLT), better behaviours and decision-making across both bodies and a new performance system that supported increased accountability and transparency.
