Company Narrative & Organisation Design for a smart thermostat provider
We worked with Switchee, a designer of thermostats that help affordable housing residents to fight fuel poverty, for over two years, providing support to its executives in company narrative development, organisation design and business coaching.
Company narrative and organisation design work included helping the company define its vision, purpose, values, customer and employee value propositions and design a structure to deliver its vision, strategy and desired culture. Coaching work included developing a model for leadership excellence, collecting and reviewing 360 degree feedback, action plan development and monitoring progress.
Measurable improvements in leadership, delegation and empowerment, communication, performance management and board interactions were made as a result and these have contributed to the company securing further.
