Technology Blueprint Limited (TBL) is a well established player in the proptech market, offering technology solutions and services across multiple sectors in the rental space.
TBL was growing fast, operating in two countries (India and UK) and looking to expand in multiple geographies. TBL requested support to explore options for reshaping the structure of its teams.
Our work to help it develop sustainably took place over many months and included conducting a full organisation diagnosis (Fitness to Scale), helping the executive team move to high performance, developing a new company narrative to communicate to the business (including a refreshed set of values and behaviours and a clear set of strategic goals and metrics) and designing a new, improved organisation structure to implement the vision and strategy.
TBL reports significant improvement in the performance of its leadership and the team, supporting the development and launch of two new business lines.
