Organisation planning for a leading challenger bank
Tandem is a digital bank in the UK which had approximately 130 employees when Scalewell was engaged. It offers a suite of financial products including savings accounts, mortgages, personal, secured and home improvement loans and is backed by the Qatar Investment Authority.
Our work with Tandem spanned a number of years and involved organisation diagnosis, design, development and people strategy. Our organisation design work involved supporting the COO to redesign the operations function and to make talent-related decisions to populate the new structure.
Tandem Bank grew rapidly following our work and was awarded ‘Best Neo Bank UK 2019’ by CFI.co. It was also recognised as an example of best practice in the industry and at the forefront of the digital banking revolution.
