Fitness to Scale to analyse a leading B2B VC’s portfolio
AlbionVC, a leading investor in B2B scale ups, asked Scalewell to assess 9 companies to explore how organisation culture can support or inhibit sustained growth; all participant companies were Series A+ funded with growth rates of between 17% and 300% CAGR.
Our Fitness to Scale methodology involved all-employee surveys, focus groups with a cross-section of each company’s employee’s, a CEO interview, detailed reports, leadership briefings and comparative analysis.
Multiple outcomes were identified including the identification of a similar culture profile prominent in commercially out-performing businesses and a direct link between Fitness to Scale and commercial performance. Scalewell now works closely with AlbionVC as part of its growth programme to its portfolio.
