Egress is a PE-backed scale up providing data security services to protect shared information throughout its lifecycle.
Scalewell conducted a Workplace Culture and Fitness to Scale review for Egress’ board to support growth planning and culture development.
Areas for improvement identified included cross-functional collaboration, information sharing, communication, resource allocation and creating environments that allowed people to be able to challenge freely. Egress implemented our recommendations and was able to show clear benefits from the changes made.
